Stretching and Yoga

You cannot start any exercise program without the simple act of stretching.  This is a simple and effective way to warm up your muscles.   Professional athletes know the importance of a warm-up session.  Have you ever seen a boxer get in the ring without a warm-up, or runner start running without warming up?   Some coaches believe that the warm-up is just as important as training or activity.   If you want to stay injury-free then you will always warm-up before any exercise.
