Leafy Greens

Cruciferous Greens

Examples of cruciferous greens are:

  • Broccoli
  • Cauliflower
  • Kale
  • Cabbage
  • Brussels sprouts

  • Radish
  • Swiss chard
  • Rapini

Cucurbitaceous Greens

Examples of cucurbitaceous veggies are:

  • Zucchini
  • Sour melon/ sour gourd
