There are many exercises one can do to lose weight. Exercise burns excess body fats.

I just want to remind you that weight loss is a matter of urgency and should be taken seriously. Aside from keeping fit, a body with less body fat is a healthy body. The heart needs exercise to function well.

Walking can be done anytime and anywhere.

To make this exercise more effective, walk using the staircase instead of the elevator or escalator.

You can start by taking a 30-50minutes walk per day, and as time goes on, you increase the time.

Running/Jogging 

These two seem like the same thing, but they are different. Running is faster than jogging; these two forms of exercise can help in losing weight.

You can start by running or jogging short distances because it may have some hard effects on your joints, but as you make progress, it normalizes.

Kickboxing

Kickboxing is another weight loss exercise that is very effective. When you kickbox you use all your body muscles.
