Learn to include strolling as an effective exercise

Can you really consider strolling to be a form of exercise?  The answer is yes!  Whether strolling is exercise depends on factors.  These factors include the age and physical condition of the individual, duration of the stroll, constituency, and pace at which the strolling takes place.

Not everyone is motivated by strolling, many complain that it’s boring and uninspiring.  This is not true.  You can always make it more interesting and fruitful by doing any of the following: changing the route, listen to music and allow yourself be lost in the music, stroll with and friend or group of friends
