Interval Training

Internal training is mixing high-intensity training with lower or medium intensity training.  This has real benefits but you cannot do it if you are not experienced or without the supervision of a really good coach or personal trainer.  It is also imperative that you manage the intensity of the intensive phase so that you do not injure yourself unnecessarily.  If you are joining a class doing this type of training, it is more enjoyable and fruitful if you join a class with people who are at the same level as yourself.  you can really improve your stamina and strength by adopting this training method.
