What is Fartlek training?

This is Swedish and it is running/cycling/rowing at different speeds for a different duration.  The real secret of this method of exercise is that it should be driven by how you feel at the time that you are exercising.  There are no rules, for example, that you have to do 50 repetitions before you change the workout.  This method of training can help you to lose weight but more importantly, it will help to build your stamina.
