Back to the gym after a break

It is really important to get back to the gym and regular exercise when the gyms reopen.  Before you head for your nearest gym, make sure you are not showing any symptoms of COVID-19.  If you are showing symptoms of COVID-19 or you have any doubt about your state of health, please follow the latest government guidelines

Before going back to the gym, it is important that you get your mind right, you must be in the right frame of mind, motivated and focused on short-term and long-term goals for body, weight loss and total fitness.
